- Submit your employee census
- We create an initial proposal and agree on benefits
- Your group goes through underwriting to determine final rates
- Based on your risk tolerance, you pick the level of stop loss insurance
- You sign up your employees and the insurance administrator pay your claims
- At the end of most years, you will receive a refund, which can be rolled into future years to reduce costs
